| Instructions for use of pkunzip.exe | |
| 1. Open a DOS window (MS-DOS Prompt) | |
| 2. If the prompt says c:\windows> then type cd\ | |
| 3. The prompt should now say c:\> | |
| 4. Make a new directory
with name new1 by typing md new1
(of course you could choose any name) |
|
| 5. Log into this directory by typing cd new1 | |
| 6. The prompt should now say c:\new1> | |
| 7. Copy both pkunzip.exe and the downloaded .zip file into this directory | |
| 8. Type pkunzip *.zip | |
| 9. The .zip file will now unzip into this directory | |
| 10. Close the DOS window and open File Manager or Windows Explorer | |
| 11. In Windows Explorer you
may have to select View/Details and View/Options/View/Show all files and uncheck the box "Hide MS-DOS file extensions for file types that are registered" |

| 12. In the directory where
you unzipped the files, if there is a file named setup.exe or install.exe, double-click on that file to set up the program |
|
| 13. If not, there
should be an .exe file, double-click to run the program (if there is more than one .exe file, it's usually the largest one) |
